Does Get Login work in multisite?

I'm testing your Get Login plugin on a multi-site and I'm having problems.  The plugin is activated at the network level and is working fine on themain site.  The plugin is configured in the subsite settings but is not showing up on the menu for the subsite.  I also have 2 horizontal menus - could that be the problem? If so, is there a way for me to configure to work?
